Printing with renewables
Printing with bio-based materials is now even better thanks to new Joncryl® 662, providing excellent results on pre- and post-print corrugated board and kraft paper applications.
BASF has introduced Joncryl® 662 to address the increasing demand for renewable raw materials in the packaging industry. With the introduction of Joncryl® 662, we are offering our customers the opportunity to formulate a corrugated ink partly based on renewable raw materials that delivers good press performance and excellent ink transfer – ensuring good color strength of the printed material.
Joncryl® 662 is an acrylic colloidal emulsion comprising 50% renewable raw materials on solids. It is suitable for pre- and post-print corrugated board and kraft paper applications.
